Selected as the CMGC partner in May 2023, Â鶹´«Ã½ÊÓƵ’s team engaged at the 30% design stage and worked hand in hand with Caltrans to transform a project that was more than 100% over budget and not constructableÌýinto a fullyÌýviable, agreed-upon scope of work.
